Policy and Procedure for Buying Coins

• All potential items for sale are to be viewed as a lot of items
• Payment for coin collections will be based on an overall view of an entire lot of items rather than individual pricing of each item contained in the lot. In instances where items are purchased individually, grey sheet pricing is used for the purchase
• Individual items not found on the grey sheet pricing list will be purchased based on the demand for an item and the availability of avenues for resale
• When viewing individual items for purchase, preference is given concerning precious metals and rare coins. At present, we do not purchase modern coins or mint errors
• Redbook retail pricing is not used when buying coins and coin collections. As these are based on a snapshot of potential value for retail purposes. Therefore, this is not a practical estimation for re-selling coins and coin collections
• All sales are final

Payment Options and Shipping Policy

We gladly accept cash or cashier's checks. All other forms of payment must be arranged in advance. Full payment is expected prior to delivery. After receiving the full payment, items will be shipped within 24 hours.

All AG Coin & Bullion items are securely mailed using USPS, UPS, or FedEx unless prior arrangements are made.



Postal insurance is available on purchased items for an additional charge. We highly recommend you spend a little extra to ensure your items. To make arrangements for different shipping methods or to request postal insurance, please contact us.

Terms of Service

• Prices are subject to change without notice
• All items subject to prior sale
• Bullion items are returnable and subject to price adjustment due to market fluctuation and restocking fee
• We reserve the right to specify methods of payment for some items or to require alternate forms of payment
• For bullion and other items which require payment by check, the payment must be postmarked by the next business day after the order date and must be received within seven days. Otherwise, we will not guarantee the purchase price
• Standard minimum shipping and handling charges may apply to packages mailed within the continental United States. Orders shipped outside the continental United States. Orders shipped outside the continental United States or at some other service level are subject to additional shipping and handling charges. Orders requesting express shipping will be given priority handling. All orders are shipped only to verified or credit card billing addresses
• We recommend that insurance be purchased for all orders. If the customer declines insurance, the customer assumes all risks for lost, stolen, or damaged items. We reserve the right to require insurance at an additional cost
• Unless we are directed otherwise, we will delete unavailable items from your order and ship all available items
• We reserve the right to limit quantities
• Sales are subject to state and local sales tax may apply to the total cost of the order, including shipping, handling, and insurance charges
• The terms 'common date' and 'mixed dates' do not guarantee the inclusion of any specific date, only that coins fall into a specified date range. 'Mixed dates' may contain duplicates. The term 'different dates' refers to lots that may contain coins minted during the same year but at different mints

AG Coin & Bullion respects all of our customer's privacy and does not sell, rent, or loan any identifiable information regarding our customers to any third party. Any information you give us is held with utmost care and security, and will not be used in any way to which you have not consented.
